Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit – Acute Rehabilitation
Referral and admission criteria for our inpatient rehabilitation program include:
Stable Medical condition.
Need for 24-hour medical and nursing care.
Potential for functional improvement.
Motivation to participate in the rehabilitation program.
Need for at least two types of therapy on a daily basis (physical, occupational,
and/or speech language).
The ability to tolerate three hours of therapy at least five days per week.
Any insurance specific criteria as defined by your insurance provider.
Private insurances and Medicaid require pre-authorization prior to admission,
Medicare does not.
Outpatient Programs Outpatient services require a referral from a physician or provider.
